Chad began his career as a professional Landman in 1988 in Lafayette, Louisiana. He has experience in Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi and in regions of Appalachians. He achieved the Certified Professional Landman designation from the American Association of Professional Landmen in 2000. Throughout his career Chad has provided land and GIS products and services to various fortune 500 companies in the Oil and Gas industry. This has given Chad the experience and expertise to assist his clients with a wide range of GIS services. Chad is a member of the Texas Oil and Gas Association, the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association and is also a member of the Coastal Bend Chapter of the Texas Association of Assessing Officers and The Texas Rural Chiefs Association. Chad enjoys salt-water fishing and is founder of the OGI golf team.

In 1994, Shawn started an IT consulting company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His company offered a variety of computer networking, web development and software engineering services. Shawn closed shop on that business after a successful run of 8 years to relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas in the summer of 2002. This led to a career changing introduction to the oil and gas industry that sparked in Shawn a drive to develop innovative software solutions for businesses in the energy sector. That pursuit quickly led to Shawn’s freelance work providing consulting services and data products to a wide variety of Texas and Louisiana based petroleum operations service companies. Those years made for a smooth transition into his involvement in the establishment of OGInfo.com, LLC along with partners Chad Feerick and James Davis in 2005. Shawn is also a member of the Coastal Bend Chapter of the Texas Association of Assessing Officers.

With 25 years experience in the energy, real estate and ecommerce fields, James brings a unique perspective to the firm in the area of content aggregation to the web. His early years were spent working as a landman throughout Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma gaining valuable expertise and knowledge of oil and gas contracts and public records. He is now the co-owner of 9 title insurance agencies in Texas, which gave rise to titleX.com, an ecommerce company that pushes public records up to the Internet. James served on the Anderson County Appraisal District Board of Directors for 4 years and on its ARB for 2 years. James is also a member of the Coastal Bend Chapter of the Texas Association of Assessing Officers and the Texas Rural Chiefs Association. James is a member of the TOGA, LOGA, AAPL and the GSA. In his spare time, James enjoys salt water fishing and is an aquarium enthusiast.

In 2006, Teodora graduated Summa Cum Laude from Del Mar College where she earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Two years later, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems. While in college she was an active member of Phi Theta Kappa, an Honor Business Society and the President of Texas A&M’s Management of Information Systems Association. As a GIS Specialist/Programmer at OGInfo.com, Teodora implements the skills acquired in school by manipulating several mapping programs, such as ESRI ArcGIS, AutoCad and FME as well as database driven programs such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
